Our 25 City View King Guestrooms are furnished with one king bed, queen sofa, most feature a balcony, TV with nearly 50 complimentary premium channels and 7 international channels, iPod docking station, one to two full bathrooms, robes, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, work desk, safe and wireless internet (included in the daily resort fee). Maximum occupancy of 4 people.

A nightly Resort Fee of $25.00 + tax (total $27.75) will be collected at check in.

It's an excellent location in Surfside. Right around the block are many restaurants, Starbucks, Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Having two full bathrooms is very convenient in each room. It's also nice having an adults only pool as well as the two other pools. Our room had a large patio with a table and six chairs and two lounge chairs, all surrounded by tall landscaped grounds. It was nice having morning coffee on the patio and drinks in the afternoon out there.

The beach was right outside the hotel, many pools even on rooftop. The decor was the most beautiful and elegant. Have big chess pieces and the food is great. Dinner in a romantic setting, with dim lights. Complimentary water on site. They have a pool table, on my way now to play now.

I was so happy with the friendly atmosphere found in the hotel . When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist realized that they had mistakenly given away the room reserved for us. As a complimentary benefit, they bumped us up to a suite double in size. We were so happy.

Staff is rude. I would go ask a question and the overnight folks did not smile or say hello or anything. Just no manners. They should take some lessons from the day shift. No working a/c. Just a comfortable not cold.
